1. Introduction

1.1 Auckland Airport is collecting feedback about the Noise Mitigation Programme (Programme) from participating homeowners to provide better insight on the perception of the programme and to find ways to ensure that we continue to provide homeowners with an excellent programme.

1.2 We ask you to take the time to complete the feedback survey (either via a hard copy survey or through our survey monkey webpage) to help us improve our services provided.

2. Privacy

2.1 We respect your privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993. By completing the survey, You authorise us to collect, hold, use and disclose personal information about you (including your name, address and contact details) to conduct and evaluate the Programme and for future research purposes. You authorise us to share the information we hold on you with third parties for these purposes, including us sharing such information with Auckland Council and the Aircraft Noise Community Consultative Group (ANCCG).

2.2 The primary point of collection of your personal information via the online survey process is Auckland Airport. The primary point of collection of your personal information via the postal survey service is Auckland Airport.

2.3 Auckland Airport collect, stores, use and discloses personal information in accordance with its privacy policy found here.

2.4 You expressly authorise Auckland Airport to use your personal information to contact you regarding any information included in the survey, including for purposes such as the distribution of subsequent information connected to the Programme.

3 Defined Terms and Interpretation

3.1 In these Terms, the following words have the following special meaning:

"Terms" means these competition terms and conditions (as amended from time to time).

"we", "our", "us" means Auckland Airport and any of its related companies (as defined in the Companies Act 1993) from time to time.

"Auckland Airport" means Auckland International Airport Limited.

"you" means a person completing the survey.
